1. Who can join the team?
Anyone is welcome to join—regardless of age or ability! We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone. All members are welcome to be part of the program, and those interested in joining a competition teamwill be evaluated during tryouts or assessments to ensure proper placement based on skill level, readiness, and team fit.

2. Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required for our recreational teams. We welcome both beginners and experienced athletes. Competitive teams may require certain skills, which will be assessed during evaluations.

3. What is the time commitment?
Teams typically practice 1–2 times per week, depending on the group and season schedule. Additional time may be required for performances, competitions, or special events. A full calendar will be provided in advance.

4. What are the fees and payment options?

  • Competition Teams: Monthly fees apply and cover coaching, routine choreography, and team preparation.

  • Recreational Teams: Pay-as-you-go pricing is available, allowing for flexible participation.

  • Uniforms: Competition uniforms are a separate one-time fee. Any required training/practice uniforms are also billed separately. All costs will be clearly outlined before the season begins.

5. What should I wear to practice?
Athletic wear, cheer or dance shoes, and hair pulled back securely. No jewelry is allowed for safety reasons. Team training uniforms may be required depending on the group.

6. Do we perform or compete?
Yes! All teams will have opportunities to perform at school or community events. Competitive teams will also participate in regional and/or national competitions based on their placement and readiness.

7. What happens if I miss practice?
Attendance is important to team success. Missed practices can impact formations and routine progress. Please notify the coach ahead of time if you’re unable to attend.

8. Are parents expected to be involved?
Yes, we welcome parent involvement! Parents often assist with transportation, fundraising, team communications, and event volunteering to help support the team.

9. How are teams grouped?
Teams are grouped by age and/or ability level. Coaches will place athletes on teams where they can grow and succeed, based on evaluations and experience.
